SETTLERS CAFE
Woke at 9 to head for CDANS to bowl with qingyang and our never-say-die antiques, aka seniors. There were chongcheng, yantian, benchan and jansen. I was happy with my bowling(: so..yeah, that was great.
Then we went to Settlers Cafe over at clarke quay to play boardgames! I swear I never knew boardgames were so much fun. EVER! So we played BANG!, Saboteur, Prehistoric Jumble(i think), Bladerdash. Oh and a random one that involves removing sticks and letting the monkeys on them fall.
BANG!: Most intellectual of the games we played imo. WE had to role play as either a sheriff, 2 vice-sheriffs, 3 outlaws and a renegade. So we pick cards to decide our roles, and as sheriffs and vice-sheriffs, we have to kill all the outlaws. The outlaws have to kill the sheriff, and the renegade must kill everyone else. AND WE GET AWESOME POKEMON SKILLS TOO!!! not that anyone will understand that. =/
Saboteur: It ended so freaking fast=/ and im too lazy to bother elaborating.
Prehistoric Jumble(?): Its like heartattack, except that we play it in like 7's, up to a max of 9 retards :D So we swap cards and try to complete the whole set of 8 cards. However, unlike heartattack, when you complete the set, you dont go HEARTATTACK and slap your hands all around. Instead, you stealthily take a bone from the pile of bones in the centre. Anyone who notices that someone else has taken a bone can also take a bone. Amidst all the chaos theres bound to be someone who doesnt notice and keeps on trying to swap his cards. Person who doesnt take a bone loses.
BLADERDASH!: OR as we call it, BANGLADESH! ohwell nvm that. Craziest game ever lolololol. Its like taboo, in the sense that a judge will pick a card from a huge stack of cards and read out the questions. On each card there will be 5 categories. For example, if i were to pick the first category 'Words', ill read out a word on the card and the rest have to guess the meaning. *Trust me, the questions are sickeningly hard, so most will just give cock answers.* The players then have to pass their answers to the judge who will read them out to let them vote for the answers they think is correct. and the answers were so freaking cock...
